Magic is a conspiracy between witches and the devil. Witches do things that are forbidden in Islam or shirk, as the transaction that the devil would help him and obey his wish. Devil only want to serve the witches with a reward. As humans, we can not justify the words of a witch. And we should not see a witch.
وَأَنَّهُ كَانَ رِجَالٌ مِّنَ الْإِنسِ يَعُوذُونَ بِرِجَالٍ مِّنَ الْجِنِّ
