Vinegar

Vinegar has been known since thousands of years ago. This fluid is produced from the fermentation of sugar-rich fruits such as grapes, apples, coconut, and malt. Sugar itself, such as sucrose and glucose, in the manufacturing process involves the fermentation of alcohol and acetic acid fermentation on an ongoing basis. Chemically, the major changes that occur early sugar converted into alcohol
